I have dedicated my career to advocating for and protecting children and families. As a former Felony Deputy District Attorney, I saw first hand the challenges families face in the legal system. I founded Maass Law to empower families with a better approach.
Practice Areas: Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts
On the Estate Planning side, I help families protect their loved ones and legacy.
Practice Areas: Representing Victims of Sexual Assault and Child Sex Abuse
I also represent survivors of sexual assault and abuse with the challenges I saw first-hand for survivors when opposing powerful institutions and persons.
Headquartered in Denver, Pamela provides legal planning support to families and represents women throughout Colorado and is available to act as co-counsel for victims of sexual assault throughout the U.S. Regardless of where you live, Pamela can help answer your questions or will listen if you simply need someone to talk to.

My estate planning practice focuses on helping individuals and families make important decisions today to avoid unnecessary pain and conflict in the future. I understand how complicated the estate planning process can be.
I help guide clients through our proven process to ensure that their loved ones are taken care of and their final wishes are carried out. I started helping families and individuals protect their love ones from court and from conflict after my mother died in a tragic accident. My mom did not have any planning in place, and my sister and I tried our best to honor what we thought her wishes would be.
My expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and blended families. Colorado has been my home my entire life. I am privileged to serve families and individuals protect their legacy throughout the State of Colorado.
