"It's a pleasure to help secure our clients' most cherished assets."
Pamela and her assistant Sarah were both highly communicative and accessible. Questions were answered calmly and in layman's terms so there was no confusion. I don't have a lot of experience with legal documentation, but getting our affairs in order couldn't have been smoother.
We loved working with Pam to start our marriage off on the best foot possible! She is highly invested in the personal lives of her clients, is talented at explaining complicated legal processes, is super responsive to client outreach, and carries herself in an approachable manner. (We asked a LOT of dumb questions!) Moreover, she was supportive of our decisions and gave her candid opinions whenever asked. We initially chose her over other attorneys because we loved her general ethos: she is personally motivated to help families due to her own family's past, and you can sense the sincere interest she has in helping her clients avoid similar legal headaches down the line. She is also very humble about the advocacy work she has done to help women survivors of assault and abuse. In short, we walked away from our time with Pam feeling very confident in the work she did to prepare us for our life together. More importantly, we know she will always be there for us when it's time to make changes or updates. We have no reservations about recommending her services to anyone seeking a more secure future.
Pam Maass is an intelligent, resourceful, caring, committed, respectful, positive attorney. She represents truth and honestly, compassion and loyalty to her client. She is kind, communicative, understanding, listens to concerns. She focuses on protecting her client and is committed to the cause. She is warm and makes you comfortable and relieves worry. She is brilliant and confident in the Courtroom and just a lovely person to know and to have "on your side". I highly recommend her legal expertise and warm nature. The best! I am grateful for her service.
After attempting to work with an attorney who turned out to be very unresponsive, we were connected to Pam. Pam was very responsive, professional and friendly. She answered all of our questions without putting any pressure on us to proceed with her services. Once we did decide, she hit the ground running! She was timely and explained every little detail along the way. She made sure we completely understood everything in an easy way for us since we had no prior knowledge to this process. Something we really appreciated was her warm personality, and her ability to make us feel completely at ease. Not only did she make an effort to get to know us as people (she even asked how we met and made sure to know important dates like our anniversary), she made sure to know all of our preferences for our wills and estate planning needs. We loved all the small details she included such as a professional and high quality binder which held our wills, back up paper wills to keep in a fire safe box, a back up jump drive with the wills and even a laminated card to keep in our wallets included with instructions on how to care for our child should we be incapacitated. As new parents, the laminated card was so important to us and not something that every estate planner does, I think. We will continue to work with Pam for all of our Estate Planning needs!
My wife and I had our wills updated including the creation of Trusts to simplify things for our heirs. The Maass Law team were excellent in guiding us through the process. Our situation was probably not the most complicated - but, maybe a little more complicated than most. We were totally satisfied with the entire process. We highly recommend the fine folks at Maass Law, and suggest you consider them for any legal assistance you might need. The cost was extremely reasonable in my opinion.
Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Pamela and her team were so kind and knowledgeable while guiding us through the entire process of setting up our will. They made things easy and seamless even in these crazy Covid times we are living in! Highly recommend! Also a fun bonus, she sent some delicious cookies after we were done
It was great working with Pamela Maass to make sure our estate planning wishes and needs were updated and taken care of. With one less thing to worry about, we are very relieved. Pamela & Sarah were efficient and professional.
Pam came in on a civil defamation case that no other lawyer wanted to touch. She showed amazing compassion, while also being incredibly fierce in court. I have spent a significant amount of time in court and I have never been so impressed with a lawyer. She is hard working and so quick witted. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially for survivors of gendered violence
Pamela and her team were incredible through our Estate Planning process. They clearly answered every question we had, they walked us through scenarios to make sure we understood what we were deciding, and made it a positive experience for my partner and me. I would highly recommend working with Pamela and her team to get you the custom solutions you need.
We recently had Pam do a trust for my wife and self and the experience was great! Pam answered all our questions and enlightened us to things we did not even consider in a trust. Pam knowledge and caring attitude make the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend Maass Law.
Pamela has a very thoughtful and organized approach to planning for your future. We had delayed these type of conversations for quite some time and are thankful to have Pam guide us through the process with carefull explanations of each step to ensure our family is protected from a variety of situations.
